I am inspired simply by moments in everyday life. What I create follows what I see, physically or from my imagination. There is a depth to the world, things that are more than just flowers, words, or people. Moments in a day where something I come across causes me to pause, contemplate, create. My work is about expressing those moments in a visual sense, combining sound, vision, and feeling.

In addition to digital photography and some traditional media, I use Photoshop and a pen tablet for my work. I have an interest in how elements and color can be manipulated in order to express a moment. I attempt to take what I experience and share those moments. I believe this combination of "digital mixed media" allows me the greatest opportunity of that: combining photos, which capture what the viewfinder shows, and painting or drawing techniques, which I can use to add what the photo couldn't include.
